Membership Categories
KACC is a non-profit organization and depends entirely on membership and sponsorship fees to provide services to our members. The rights and privileges of a member are personal, non-transferable, and cease on the death of a member, or cessation of a member’s membership. There are four membership categories:
Full Membership
This form of membership is open to:
- All persons of the Kenyan- Australian business community.
- All persons of the Kenyan – Australian business community who in the opinion of the board meet the membership criteria.
- The board may resolve to invite a person to become a full member of the chamber.
Associate Membership
This form of membership is open to:
- All persons of Kenyan- Australian business community who are currently studying and do not meet the requirement for full membership.
Corporate Membership
This form of membership is open to:
- Any organization or group of people with an interest in working with the chamber. This shall not be limited to organizations of African origin but all companies and associations and consultative partners.
- Organizations, who in the opinion of the board, have a genuine intention of raising the professional profile of Kenyan and Australian businesses in Kenya and Australia as outlined in the chamber’s objectives.
- The board may resolve to invite an organization to apply to be a member of the chamber.
Admission to membership will only become effective upon that member’s name being entered into the register.
